These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lebanon.
Nothing contained herein shall be construed as creating a partnership, joint venture, agency relationship, or employment relationship between The Linen Factory and any customer.
PRODUCTS & SERVICES
The Linen Factory reserves the right to alter, suspend, discontinue, or withdraw any product, service, pricing, information, or technical data without prior notice. The Linen Factory shall not be liable for any loss, inconvenience, or damages resulting from such changes.
All products and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive to ensure the highest quality standards, The Linen Factory and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the purchase, delivery, possession, or use of our products.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Linen Factory retains all proprietary rights to its brand, logos, trademarks, designs, website content, images, text, and other identifying materials. All content is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
DELIVERY POLICY
Delivery times provided by The Linen Factory are estimates and may vary depending on location, product availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery information provided is accurate and complete. Any additional delivery attempts, address corrections, or special delivery requests may incur additional charges.
Upon receipt of the order, customers are encouraged to inspect the products immediately and report any visible damages or discrepancies within 48 hours of delivery.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products, the following conditions apply:
* The Linen Factory does not provide cash refunds or returns for purchased products.
* Products may only be exchanged if they are unused, unwashed, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
* Any request for exchange must be made within 7 days from the delivery date.
* Pillows are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable for hygiene reasons.
* Customized, special-order, clearance, outlet, or promotional items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless found defective.
* In the event of an approved exchange, the customer shall bear all delivery and transportation charges associated with the collection and redelivery of the exchanged item.
* Refunds or replacements will only be considered if the product is delivered damaged, defective, or materially different from the item ordered.
* Claims regarding damaged or defective products must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by supporting photographs and proof of purchase.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Linen Factory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of its products or services. The customer’s use of any product is entirely at their own risk after delivery has been completed.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Linen Factory, its owners, employees, affiliates, partners, and representatives from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from your use of our products, services, website, or any breach of these Terms & Conditions.
FORCE MAJEURE
The Linen Factory shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, governmental actions, civil unrest, war, terrorism, labor disputes, transportation disruptions, communication failures, supplier shortages, or other unforeseen events.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
The failure of The Linen Factory to enforce any right or provision under these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
By purchasing from, accessing, or using The Linen Factory website, products, or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
